Richmond, once the "Capital of the Confederacy," still struggles to free itself from its dark past. In many ways, it is a tale of two cities: “RVA,” a rapidly developing area with craft breweries, adventurous recreation, and hip restaurants, contrasted against the rest of Richmond, left behind with one of the largest concentrations of poverty on the East Coast.

Servant Partners concentrates its ministry efforts in the East End of Richmond, home to four large public housing communities. Our vision is centered around making disciples, particularly Men's Discipleship at this point in time. We desire to see men transformed by the power of the gospel, and in turn transforming their families, other men, and their community. We seek to witness the Lord "turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers." -Malachi 4:6. Our primary mechanisms are discipleship groups, mentoring, rites of passage, basketball, and partnerships with East End Fellowship Church and CHAT (Church Hill Activities and Tutoring).
