The Certificate of Community Transformation is a community of practice designed to train participants in the biblical foundations of community organizing and the basic skills of listening to a community. Participants go through a series of video lectures presented by Servant Partners staff and answer reflection questions after each segment (as well as a few interactive assignments). These videos and questions are also ideal for a small group to go through and answer the reflection questions in a discussion format. After going through this course, participants will be equipped to do a Listening Project and a Seed Project that takes them into the community to interact with their neighbors. If participants choose to do this, Servant Partners will provide coaches to help walk through and troubleshoot the Listening Project and Seed Project. Upon completion of the Seed Project, Participants are awarded with Servant Partner's Community Transformation Certificate.
