Apprenticeships
Servant Partners fosters leadership development. If you're ready for a deeper commitment, you may want to spend 3 to 5 years with us, either in the US or overseas. One-on-one and as a community, we'll provide ongoing, pastoral guidance and assessment of your leadership gifts as well as support during the difficult challenges of holistic church planting. We'll also help you develop a financial support base and learn another language if necessary.

Is this for me?

Sure, if you want to learn how to plant new Christian communities among the poor. We will place you in a setting where you will learn to lead and empower others in planting a new community.

What you can expect from us . . .

1. We will provide on-going guidance and assessment of your leadership gifts.

2. We will provide pastoral guidance through the various difficulties which emerge in planting new ministry in poor areas.

3. We will provide you with fundraising training that will help you establish a base of financial support.

What we will expect from you . . .

1. You will need to be able to make a 3-5 year commitment to a particular locale, either in the US or overseas.

2. You will be expected to be available at least half-time.

3. You will need to have solid references who have seen your leadership gifts in action.

4. You will need to be willing to learn another language, if necessary.
There is an intensive discerning process for potential apprentices. If there is a fit between your need for leadership development and our ability to provide it, then an appointment as an apprentice may be made.
