Becoming a Servant Partners SiteWe have three categories that describe our relationships with local communities:
1) New Servant Partners Site
This is a local community which Servant Partners staff and volunteers have initiated.2) Affiliated Servant Partners Site
This is a local community which started on its own and then has come under Servant Partners leadership for the purpose of achieving growth and maturity.3) US or International Ministry Partner
This is a local community/ministry that has a local board of directors or elders group that is guiding the spiritual and organizational development of the ministry. It works with Servant Partners on specific goals (defined and reviewed annually) related to developing new holistic church planting movements while retaining local autonomy in terms of leadership and accountability.The following are the different aspects of a working relationship. We are eager to discuss each of these categories with interested groups to decide which category is most appropriate for our working relationship and, then, what will be our expectations for working together.
