Lisa E., Co-Executive Director
Lisa grew up in Edina, Minnesota, and attended Occidental College in Los Angeles before serving on InterVarsity Christian Fellowship staff for fifteen years, first as a campus staff member, then as an Area Director, and finally as an Associate Regional Director for Southern California. Lisa has worked at several Servant Partners sites as a tutor, Bible teacher, and mentor. She and her husband, Derek, currently live in Pomona, California where they serve as Co-Executive Directors of Servant Partners. Email Lisa at lisa(at)servantpartners.org.

Derek E., Co-Executive Director & Field Director
Derek, along with his wife, Lisa, serves as the current Co-Executive Director of Servant Partners. They live in Pomona where they're developing the Servant Partners site in central and south Pomona. Derek attended Occidental College and worked as InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Staff at the Claremont Colleges for nine years where he developed summer urban projects in Pomona for many years. Kevin Blue, Director of Internships
Kevin is a native of Los Angeles. He attended Occidental College and then served for eleven years on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as team leader at the University of Southern California (USC) and as a teaching specialist. He serves as a teaching pastor at Church of the Redeemer in South Central Los Angeles. Helping to create an on-going partnership between InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and Servant Partners, Kevin is the director for InterVarsity's summer urban project in Los Angeles, LAUP, and as Director of Internships, both domestic and international, with Servant Partners. Heather Oswalt Stricklin, Executive Administrator
After graduating from Occidental College, Heather worked in local government and education administration before coming to Servant Partners. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she now lives in northwest Pasadena where she is also pursuing a graduate degree at Fuller Theological Seminary.
