Kevin Blue is a native of Los Angeles. He attended Occidental College and then served for eleven years on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as team leader at the University of Southern California (USC) and as a teaching specialist. He serves on the elders team of the Church of the Redeemer in South Central Los Angeles, a Servant Partners partner site, and is developing several other sites in South Central. Helping to create an on-going partnership between InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and Servant Partners, Kevin is the director for InterVarsity's summer urban project in Los Angeles, LAUP.

Derek E. grew up in Diamond Bar (near the eastern border of Los Angeles County), and attended Ganesha High School in Pomona (east Los Angeles County). He attended Occidental College and served on InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Staff at the Claremont Colleges for ten years. While on staff with InterVarsity, Derek developed summer urban projects in Pomona for many years. He and his wife, Lisa, currently live in Pomona where they help lead the Servant Partners partner site in central Pomona and south Pomona.  He is an Executive Director and the Field Director for Servant Partners

Will N. is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Stanford University and worked for InterVarsity for six years at University of California - Davis. His involvement in urban ministry began in 1990 by helping to facilitate church renewal in a church in a poor neighborhood in northeast Los Angeles. He was the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries at the First Presbyterian Church of Pomona from 1993-1996. He was a part of the original visioning group for Servant Partners in 1993 and pioneered the Pomona site. He and his wife and three children now live in Colorado. He is currently the Director of Barnabas Ventures for Servant Partners.

Lisa E. grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended Occidental College in Los Angeles. She served on InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Staff for fifteen years first as a campus staff member, then an Area Director, and, the last two years, as an Associate Regional Director for Southern California. Lisa has volunteered at several Servant Partners sites over the last decade years as a tutor, Bible teacher, and mentor. She and her husband, Derek, currently live in Pomona where they help lead the Servant Partners partner site in central Pomona and south Pomona.  She is an Executive Director for Servant Partners.
