Elizabeth Sue Brewster
Associate Professor, Fuller Theological Seminary
Dr. Brewster, along with her late husband, Tom, has taught around the world on incarnational ministry among the poor. They developed an approach to language learning which is used by many mission organizations. The LAMP (Language Acquisition Made Practical) Method emphasizes a relational, community-based approach to learning a new language. She currently teaches at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Thomas Hsieh
CEO, SplinterRock, Inc.

Tom Hsieh is the CEO of SplinterRock, Inc., a technology consulting and brokerage firm focused on the social entrepreneurial applications of its products and services.  Prior to SplinterRock, Tom was an executive at EarthLink, Inc., where he served for over ten years beginning from its early start-up phase.  Tom lives in Pomona where he has been active in community transformation for the past thirteen years.  Tom currently serves as an elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Pomona, and also on the board of directors of Pomona Hope, a Servant Partners affiliate organization.

Robert Linthicum
Director, Partners in Urban Transformation

Author of 11 books including City of God, City of Satan, Empowering the Poor, and Transforming Power, Dr. Linthicum is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church (USA). After pastoring churches for more than 25 years, he became the Director of the Office of Urban Advance for World Vision. Dr. Linthicum currently leads workshops in biblical foundations for community organizations and is active in Christians Supporting Community Organizing.

Rob Robinson
Senior Partner, Servant Leaders Ministries
Servant Leaders, which Mr. Robinson founded in 1995, provides consulting services to faith-based non-profit organizations working in vulnerable urban communities, combining executive business experience and non-profit management leadership. Previous to Servant Leaders, he spent twelve years with Young Life, a Christian outreach to high school students, and fifteen years in medical sales and management. Mr. Robinson holds degrees from George Mason University and Fuller Seminary.
